Who we are

VideoDuo is operated by Fuuqiu (X @Fuuqius, https://x.com/Fuuqius).

What we collect

Account: your e-mail address, name and a password hash (or the identity your sign-in provider shares), plus the session cookie that keeps you signed in.

Your files: the app icon you upload, the AI scene images generated for it, and the header videos, poster frames and iPhone Duo screenshots you render. Drafts are previewed in your browser and are not stored on our servers.

Payments: credit packs are paid through Stripe. We receive the amount, currency and a payment reference; we never see or store your card number.

Usage: self-hosted, cookie-free analytics count page views and product events (for example that a render finished), without query strings, without your e-mail and without anything that identifies you.

Where it is stored

The service runs on Cloudflare: account data in Cloudflare D1, files in Cloudflare R2, and AI scene generation on Cloudflare Workers AI, which receives a text prompt derived from your icon's colours and your style choices.

Analytics run on our own Umami instance (https://stats.topxup.com).

Live chat

Live chat runs on a self-hosted Chatwoot instance at chat.tghubs.org, operated by us. It only loads on this site's production domain. When you use it, it processes a session identifier, your browser and the page you are on; the messages and contact details you send are used to answer you. Please do not send passwords or API keys. You can always e-mail us instead.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, show ads or use your icons and videos to train models. Your renders are private unless you publish a share card yourself; share cards are excluded from search engines and can be unpublished at any time.

Keeping and deleting data

Files stay in your library until you delete them or your account. To delete your account and everything in it, write to Fuuqiu@gmail.com; payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
