Refund policy
VideoDuo refunds any credit pack in full within 7 days of purchase, as long as its credits were not used. Renders that fail never cost anything: their credit goes back to your balance automatically.
Within 7 days
Write to us within 7 days of the purchase and we refund it to the original payment method. If some credits of the pack were already used, we refund the unused share.
Failed renders
A credit is reserved when a final render starts and returned automatically if the render fails, times out or does not pass our spec check. You never need to ask for it back.
Rejected by App Store Connect
If a video passed our spec check and App Store Connect still rejects the file for a specification reason (size, ratio, length, frame rate, format, transparency or metadata), send us a screenshot of the rejection and we return the credit. Content decisions by App Review are not covered: they depend on what the video shows, not on the file.
Credits after a refund
A refund removes the refunded share of the pack's credits from your balance. If those credits were already spent, the balance can go below zero until a new pack covers it.
Disputes
If a payment is disputed with your bank, the pack's remaining credits are removed while the dispute is open. Contacting us first is faster for everyone.
