The terms for using VideoDuo: credits, refunds, your content and what we can and cannot promise about App Store review.

The service
VideoDuo turns an app icon you provide into an App Store product page header video (3840 x 1646) and related assets. VideoDuo is operated by Fuuqiu (X @Fuuqius, https://x.com/Fuuqius).
Credits and payment
Credits are bought in one-time packs through Stripe; there is no subscription and nothing renews. One credit is used for each final render. Draft previews are free and watermarked.
A credit is reserved when a final render starts and returned automatically if the render fails, times out or does not pass our spec check. Credits do not expire. Refunds are described in the refund policy (7 days for unused credits).
Your content
You keep all rights to the icon you upload and to the videos you render. You confirm that you have the right to use the icon, and you give us the permission we need to store and process it to provide the service.
Do not upload content you do not have rights to, content that infringes someone else's trademark, or content that is unlawful.
App Store review
VideoDuo checks files against Apple's published specifications. It cannot promise that App Review will approve an asset: review also judges what the video shows. VideoDuo is not affiliated with Apple.
Liability and changes
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
We may change these terms; material changes are announced on this page with a new date.
